Shayne has coached many different teams including Victorian Bushrangers Under 17's Boy's Cricket, Victorian Senior Women's Cricket Team, Australian Women's Cricket Satellite coach, Victorian Women's Under Age & School girls teams, and Senior coach at Milawa Football Club, Rennie Football Club and Reserves coach at Pearcedale Football Club, not to mention the various under age teams he has helped over his 15 year coaching career. Shayne prides himself on being able to create a winning team philosophy; he is great with a group activity and has had fantastic success with the groups he has coached by creating a team atmosphere and camaraderie amongst the group.
